Kaiser Permanente Team of Doctors Helps Keep You Thriving

Choosing Kaiser Permanente Means Change…For The Good

Change is difficult, especially when it comes to what we have become familiar with in the healthcare realm. You like the doctors you see. There are specific facilities, such as labs and urgent care, you use. You have a preferred hospital.

When you choose a Kaiser Permanente Whole Health option you will have to change doctors, facilities and hospitals. A bit unsettling, right?

By choosing a Kaiser Permanente plan option, you are getting the best-of-the-best doctors, facilities and hospitals. The proof is in the data.

Kaiser Permanente’s integrated model produces results you can measure. It is leading the nation in effectiveness-of-care measures. Coordination among caregivers, a robust electronic health-record system and a focus on prevention are just a few of the ways Kaiser Permanente continually raises the bar for the healthcare industry.

Kaiser Permanente has dedicated hospitals, physicians and facilities that have a goal of providing high-quality care for each and every patient. For a record-setting eighth year in a row, Kaiser Permanente has achieved perfect scores for clinical quality in California. This is a benchmark no other health plan in California has reached. Kaiser Permanente has also received four-out-of-four stars for quality based on member satisfaction with access, customer service and medical care. Improved care translates into improved health for CHP members in Kaiser Permanente Whole Health options.
